with the busyness of our lives, especially as athletes, the concept of rest & recovery is becoming more important and we realize the need for a balanced lifestyle to maintain optimal health and aide in injury prevention. for athletes and teams looking to incorporate yoga + mindfulness into their training regimes, I offer sessions that are functional for athletes to help maintain a balance between strength + flexibility physically, as well as help to develop mental resiliency through various breathing and movement practices.
