for those who prefer to practice in a non-studio setting, I also offer private yoga + mindfulness classes. private yoga is an incredible way to cultivate your yoga practice in a way that’s as individual as you are. if you are new to yoga, private classes can help you build a strong foundation before diving into group classes.
